This is a testimonial we received from a student who visited The Leadbetter Golf Academy World Headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
“Dear Mr. Leadbetter,
It is with great pleasure that I share with you personally the truly wonderful experience I had at your Golf Academy last week. See, I have this “Bucket List” and one of the items on this list is to break 80. I’ve been playing golf for over thirty years now without ever taking a lesson. On a good day I will shoot between 80-84. But that 79 still taunts me.
So my wife was attending a conference at the hotel and she talked me into coming down with her and signing up for your Two-day Retreat. “Treat yourself” she said. So I did just that. I was instantly impressed the moment I walked up to the Academy. I was graciously welcomed by your staff and they made sure I had everything I needed to begin my “experience”. Ron came out and introduced himself and we instantly connected. How can you not with his professionalism, demeanor and his ability to teach the game in a manner that was so welcoming and encouraging.
Ron was everything I could have hoped for in an instructor. He broke down my “old game” and virtually rebuilt my “new game”. I immediately began to enjoy the results of his dedicated time with me. As a matter of fact, after my first day with Ron I played the International Course. The starter sent me to #2 to join another golfer. 167 Yard Par 3. Put my 6 iron into my new grip, focused on what I had learned earlier from Ron and landed that ball 8”, yes 8 inches from the cup! My very first swing with my “new” game!
The bottom line is my experience with your team at the Leadbetter Academy was beyond my expectations. It really was an awesome experience and I can’t say enough about Ron as an instructor and a person. You are lucky to have him on your team and representing your organization. He is an incredible teacher and I wish I would have come to your Academy and met him many years ago.
I look forward to coming back in the near future. Got to run, I am actually excited to go hit the practice range. Don’t think I have been at one in 20 years!!!!!!”
