The Leadbetter Kids Coach Camp is a two-day course at Sheffield Oaks Golf Club in Hampshire, UK, delivered in person by the Leadbetter Coach Education Team.
Throughout the two days we will give you the knowledge, skills and tools in order to create deeper levels of engagement in the kids you coach, which in turn then protects the future of golf by creating more lifelong golfers.
By attending you will the opportunity to dive deeper into the reasons why kids quit playing sport and then learn about the solutions we have in order to prevent up to 70% of kids dropping out by the age of 13. You’ll learn from industry experts as well as content generated from other sectors of child development including psychology, biological development and understanding truly how kids learn. We want you to leave with some very real solutions that you can practically implement in your coaching.
Conducting this course in person allows us to add practical elements to the course, using real life kids! You will be able to witness the experts conducting sessions in person, as well as getting involved yourself, which itself is invaluable.
