Gavin Grenville-Wood | PGA Fellow Master Kids Coach

As a specialist in Junior Coaching and Development, Gavin is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive coaching programs that engages players of all ages and abilities. With over 30 years of experience as a golf coach, he has a proven track record of creating and managing successful academies, enhancing players’ love for the game, and educating and empowering coaches with the skills and resources they need to grow golf efficiently and effectively.

Gavin has been integral in the development of the Leadbetter Kids (GLE) Certification, mentoring coaches from all over the world as they develop their skills and businesses.

Recently, Gavin was honoured to become a PGA Fellow Coach, a recognition for his services to junior golf and the development of the game. He has a passion for coach education and player development, and specialises in creating child-centric and learner-focused curricula that are based on his own philosophy of how the game should be played and what students need to learn. His goal is to get as many kids and families playing the game as possible, and to inspire teams of impassioned coaches who share this vision.
